sorry for the late response, but here are a few things I did to get rid of waterweight quickly:
1. Cardio 5-6 times a week. I ran and biked for 45-60 minutes per day.
2. Stay away from caffeine sodium. Both caffeine sodium will make you retain your water weight like crazy.
3. Drink a lot of water. I know it sounds crazy, but the more water you drink, the less your body needs to store water. I was drinking close to a gallon a day, and still saw tons of water weight come off.
4. Eat smart. This is pretty much the obvious one, but make sure you are getting your calories, and don't cut back too much (you want to eat considering the 5-6 cardio sessions a week).
good luck!
veryy happy.. andd even more excited to start my new workout plan tomrrow..should be intense and im looking forward to it!!
I suggest reading up on things, getting a good heart rate monitor to track and push your progress, and through experience you start to see what is right for you and what's not, what you like and what works.
I hope this helps, good luck!
